80.000 FANS FOR KENNOL GP FRANCE HISTORIC
The event broke all records: +40 Formula 1, dozens of legendary drivers, an amazing circuit and 80.000 fans for KENNOL Grand Prix de France Historique. Let’s dive into the memories and facts of this major event on the French and European motors scene, from now on. Because this 2024 edition will definitely mark the history of racing and motors fans forever.
▌THE NUMBERS
For its 6th edition (3rd on the Paul Ricard circuit, at Le Castellet, South of France in Provence region), the KENNOL Grand Prix de France Historique broke all records. Last weekend, more than 80.000 fans for KENNOL, were acclaiming some of greatest Formula 1 legends.
Organized by HVM Racing in partnership with the Circuit Paul Ricard and the French Federation of Sports Auto, the event turns into an absolute major one. Although a dramatic storm destroyed parts of the installations earlier in the week (including some of KENNOL Racing Team’s installations), the fans were welcomed for the weekend under a shinny sun and within an amazing place.
This is a super event. It’s deserved, really!
Alain PROST, 4x Formula 1 World Champion
Amongst the F1 drivers, Alain PROST is a 4 times winner here at Circuit Paul Ricard in F1 World Championship. And this event is the most F1-crowded ever, with no less than 41 Formula 1s during the weekend. In the Masters Legends F1 race, Sunday afternoon, the 35 Formula 1 on track added up to more than 40.000 HorsePower on the track!
▌THE PASSION
But figures are nothing if they don’t meet emotion. And that’s why KENNOL brought many clients and partners on the event. Not only do we share this passion for performance, but we also like to unveil new services and products, and bring them at the closest of the action!
KENNOL was born on the track, literally, in the early 90s. That’s just plain logics that the brand turns into the title-sponsor of an event dedicated to motor passion. And it even makes more sense to attend it with its own KENNOL Racing Team, and 4 cars ready to race.
Sadly the Formula Renault World Series 3.5 Red Bull couldn’t make it to the track, due to the storm. But one of our Formula masters propelled its roar for the greatest pleasure of the crowd!
Meanwhile, in Masters Legends GT, our Corvette C7 GT3-R fought with amazing Ford GT, Bentley, Aston Martin or Lamborghini. To finally make it to the main race. And win.
KENNOL is not just a brand. It’s a way of doing things. And that’s how we are rewarded in such amazing ways.
The referee of such an event is the public, there is no other reference that counts. And on this KENNOL GP de France Historique, it’s an absolute success.
