NEW CROWN FOR KENNOL IN 24H PIT BIKE

After the 2016 World record of winning for the first time a 24-hours race in Pit Bike, KENNOL and the Fast Track team stay on the same pace. 2017 saw the riders take a nice 2nd place on the podium, but this month, it’s a new crown again, ahead of factory teams!

UNBELIEVABLE PERFORMANCE

The balance sheet in 3 participations is more than laudatory: victory and 1st world in 2016, 2nd place on the podium in 2017, and victory in 2018. The Fast Track team is yet an amateur structure, but has the good taste to prioritize resources and efforts. Because this type of competition is won in the same way as the 24h of Le Mans: pugnacity and endurance.

This is how most of the free practice was devoted to the settings of the machine. Unfortunately, the problems have accumulated: change of the rear shock, fall and injury of one of the drivers, timing bug… So much so that the machine is in the 26th rank on the starting grid, while its real performance would have placed it much higher, since the fastest driver, Clement PATIN, improves by more than a second the time of last year…

A NICE WINK

Despite a shotgun start (more than 14 spots won in the first relay), the problems continue to tarnish the team’s performance: injury still present, explosion of a rear brake caliper, defect of the front brake pads, leakage “accidental “brake fluid circuit… So much so that the drain goes to the trap…! So with the same full KENNOL GRAND PRIX 10W50 4T that the team goes on the rounds to go one by one its direct competitors.

The engine was beautifully behaved throughout the race, and it is in first position that the bike crosses the finish line.
In front of a factory team that is more, which adds a little more to the new performance of Fast Track and KENNOL.
