TUCKER WINS AT FERRARI WORLD FINALS

TUCKER hit again! Record after record, he concluded his 2010 season of a remarkable class and noticed during the weekend Mondial Ferrari in Valencia. Not content to win several races, he outclassed the world’s best specialists, and was named Ferrari Ambassador for his drive, sportiness and generosity. Qualities that KENNOL has recognized for a long time at Scott!

TUCKER: 1st FERRARI CHALLENGE AMBASSADOR

After an impressive comeback from the back of the pack on Friday, then a clear victory in the North American race on Saturday, TUCKER returned to the track on Sunday to face the cream of the crop in World Finals. And as he did in Race 1, TUCKER comes back like a bomb after being pushed off the track at the start. He gets rid of 8 of the world’s best drivers to take first place North America once again.

“What a beautiful way to conclude this year” said TUCKER. “ This whole Level 5 crew has been working hard all year long and the results have been there. To come to Spain and get a win and close out the year in style is only fitting.”

TUCKER ends this season with another international success. This is the second year in a row that the Ferrari Challenge World Finals are being held on this 2,517-mile, 11-corner circuit. TUCKER had hoped to win the two North American series and his division of the North American division in 2009.

To cap off this season, Ferrari has inducted him into the first Ferrari Challenge Ambassador for his drive, his sportiness and his generosity. His 2 national titles and three titles of vice-champion USA are perhaps not foreign!

“These are great championships, with a lot of great drivers,” said TUCKER. “The F430 is a great car and that makes for some great racing. Being recognized as the Ferrari Challenge Ambassador is really an amazing honor.”

This distinction closes a winning season with the American Le Mans Series LMPC and Rookie of the Year titles, a SCCA Touring 1 National Championship title and a documentary film on the podium at the Rolex 24 At Daytona.

TUCKER also continues its development program for the Ferrari 599XX in Valencia. He is one of the few drivers of the Ferrari S.p.A. program for the development of future supercars and roadcars. After being personally invited as a test driver by the Ferrari CEO, Amedeo FELISA, in January, TUCKER no longer counts his laps at the wheel of this outstanding vehicle for Ferrari engineers.
