ONE MORE EUROPEAN DRIFT PODIUM

Finnish driver Juha Rintanen, sponsored and supplied by KENNOL for several years now, placed 3rd on the podium of the 2023 European Drift Masters Championship. At the wheel of his TOYOTA GR86 Spartan, he ranked through more than 60 other drivers and offered us a very good performance again.

WORLD-CLASS EVENT

More than 53,000 people gathered in Warsaw, Poland, over the weekend of September 15-16 to witness the biggest drift event in the World. This 6th and final round of the Drift Masters European Championship 2023 season, brought together fans from all over the World through a common passion, drifting and a pronounced taste for adrenaline.

This crowd was showcased some of the most powerful racing cars in Europe. Such as Rintanen’s Toyota GR86 Spartan, which tops 1.000HP and 1.100Nm, and races with bio-ethanol! And as usual, our KENNOL ULTIMA range of products perfectly matches with those amazing numbers. Protecting and performing ideally.

Thank you on behalf of the whole team to all partners! It’s thanks to that you we manage to do this in the first place.

Juha Rintanen, Drifter

WORLD-CLASS PERFORMANCE

During this 2023 season, Adam Zalewski, Drift Master GP Champion in 2017 and vice-champion of the DMEC in 2018, was also accompanied by KENNOL. Despite a very difficult year so far, he managed to put up a good qualifying session, ranking 8th with a 94 score! And offered us one of the most beautiful chase race in Top 32. Against fellow KENNOL-drifter Juha Rintanen. The Polish would have loved to shine more in his home race.

But the real thrill came from Juha RINTANEN. Despite qualitying in a shy 25th position, he heated up the final as early as the Top 32. His lead battle against fellow KENNOL-driver Adam Zalewski was great. And the pressure he put on young Israeli drifter Itay SADEH was phenomenal. Until the Top 8 occured. In a breathtaking battle, judges asked for a One More Time, against Polish driver Pawel KORPULINSKI. On his home soil. And he finally made it through thanks to his amazing crowd.

Despite this early loss, Juha RINTANEN managed to maintain Jack SHANAHAN behind him, and to overtake 2022 DMEC Champion Piotr WIECEK at the drivers ranking! This leads him to a well deserved 3rd place, a new drift podium, for this great 2023 season.
